Will you help build the next phase of growth for Baker Tilly?
At Baker Tilly, we believe that sustainable growth starts with people. Not only by attracting new talent, but especially by enabling our professionals and managers to perform, collaborate, and develop better every day.
That is why we are looking for an HR Business Partner. Not someone who primarily monitors processes, but a strong and credible advisor who helps managers strengthen teams, develop talent, and realize organizational objectives.
You advise and challenge. You are a strong sparring partner for managers and support them with organizational issues, leadership, team development, performance, and complex personnel cases.
You build strong teams. You are involved in and advise on strategic workforce planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and sustainable employability.
You guide change. You support managers with organizational changes, growth, integrations, and harmonization issues.
You turn data into action. You use HR data and insights to make opportunities and risks visible and to provide targeted advice.
You lead HR initiatives. You take ownership of one or more strategic HR projects and ensure successful implementation within the organization.
You connect the business and HR. You ensure that national HR initiatives align with the needs of the business and make an actual impact.
Want to become an HR Business Partner at Baker Tilly too? Read below to see if it's a match for you!
As an HR Business Partner, you are the strategic and tactical sparring partner for managers within your region. You help them with issues surrounding leadership, team development, performance, talent management, and organizational change.
You are visibly present in the business, understand what is happening, and know how to translate HR issues into practical and effective solutions. You advise, challenge, and create support, always with an eye for both the individual and the organization. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further professionalization of HR and take ownership of one or more strategic HR projects.
You hold an important position within the organization and your advice matters. You will be given plenty of room to work independently, exert influence, and make a visible difference for managers, teams, and the organization as a whole.
HBO or WO level of work and thinking.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable advisory role.
Availability of 24 to 26 hours per week, preferably spread over four working days
Experience within a knowledge-intensive environment, such as accountancy, consultancy, business services, or professional services, is a plus.
Experience with organizational change and project-based working.
Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to build relationships and, at the same time, take a firm position when necessary.
Fortunately, we are all different. Working at Baker Tilly means working for an employer that realizes our differences are exactly what make us stronger. Have we made you enthusiastic about this position, but are you still doubting if it fits you well enough? Then certainly contact one of our recruiters to calmly discuss your doubts and questions together. We would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will support the Business Expertise Center in Utrecht and our offices in Breda and Goes in South-West Netherlands. You will work together with managers within a knowledge-intensive environment, where craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and collaboration are central.
You will be part of a national HR team led by the Chief People Officer and will work closely with, among others, colleagues from Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Services, and of course, the other HR Business Partners.
