Corporate Recruiter

For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experience, for example as a corporate recruiter or within executive search. Furthermore, we find it especially important that you:

• Get energy from approaching and connecting with top candidates for a sustainable match;
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills, dare to give advice, and fulfill the role of recruiter as a talent advisor;
• Maintain a good overview, can prioritize well, and think ahead;
• Are communicatively strong, both verbally and in writing;
• Are result-oriented without losing sight of the candidate;
• Are a strong connector and know how to represent Eurofins Careers both internally and externally.
• Can work independently and see what needs to be done, but also enjoy working in an ambitious team;

• Up to €4,500 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on your experience.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment process of (middle-) management and staff positions within your divisions. You are the talent advisor to the business. You understand what teams need, advise hiring managers, and ensure that candidates have a professional and positive experience – from first contact to offer.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Conducting intake interviews with hiring managers
• Writing and publishing job advertisements
• Actively searching for and approaching candidates via various channels
• Coordinating selection processes
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Advising managers on the labor market, selection, and recruitment strategy
• Building talent pools and networks
• Improving the candidate journey
• Contributing to projects in the fields of employer branding, referrals, and recruitment processes
• Representing Eurofins at events and networking meetings

At Eurofins, you will work for two divisions: Environment Testing and Agro. One moment you are consulting with a business manager about a difficult-to-fill vacancy, the next you are searching for scarce talent, working on employer branding, or improving a recruitment process. You will work nationally for multiple locations and business units. Therefore, you will regularly be on the road to, for example, Amersfoort, Wageningen, Amsterdam, and Rijswijk. The expectation is that you will be present on location at least 3 days per week. On Wednesdays, we work together as a team from our location in Rijswijk. Furthermore, we expect you to be visible and present at our other locations approximately two days per week. You can fill in the remaining days at your own discretion.
