This position falls in scale 12, with a gross monthly salary between €6,827.21 and €9,102.94 (based on 36 hours per week).

As a Senior Leadership & Culture Expert at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you will be given the space to truly make an impact: you will translate the latest insights and trends into a leadership and behavioral culture that is reflected throughout the entire organization.

What will you do?
At ASN Bank, leadership, culture, and inclusion are not in the background. They are at the core of who we want to be. As a Senior Leadership & Culture Expert, you will work bank-wide on policies that truly work: from leadership development and organizational culture to behavior and D&I. You know what is happening: from the latest insights in the field and shifting expectations in the labor market to societal developments and what regulators require regarding culture and behavior. You will translate that outside world into what ASN Bank needs tomorrow.

In this, you are the connecting link. You gather insights from the Executive Board (ExBo), senior management, the Works Council, and external knowledge partners, and bundle all those perspectives into policy that is both correct and effective. Not as a theoretical framework that disappears into a drawer somewhere, but as something that HR Business Partners and employees recognize in their daily journeys and that they can execute with conviction.

You bring cohesion where it is still lacking, challenge senior management to make sharp choices, and ensure that the desired culture is not only promoted but also becomes visible in how people work together, lead, and make decisions.

• You develop an integral vision and policy frameworks for leadership, culture, behavior, and D&I, aligning with the strategy and core values of ASN Bank.
• You analyze HR data, employee surveys, and culture measurements to substantiate policy choices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You advise the ExBo and senior management on complex culture and organizational issues, taking a clear stance in doing so and ensuring timely coordination with the Works Council.
• You translate laws, regulations, and societal developments regarding D&I into concrete measures and programs.
• You collaborate with HR Business Partners, the People Experience Center, Communications, and external knowledge partners to successfully implement policy.
• You ensure that policy is well-designed, effective, and efficient, and that it is attractively executable, recognizable in HR journeys, and applicable in daily practice.

Where you will work
Together with the Senior HR Development Expert and the Expert Branding (EX)/EVP, you form the Expert Group Attract, Performance & Growth, which is part of the HR Strategy & Expertise department. You report directly to the Head of Strategy & Expertise. It is a close-knit group of experts who keep each other sharp and enjoy working together on issues that truly matter.

What do you bring?
You know how to translate strategy into policy that works in practice and you take the initiative to actually realize this. You are a natural unifier: you collect insights from the ExBo, senior management, the Works Council, and external parties, weigh diverse interests, and translate them into policy that is not only correct but also attractively executable for HR Business Partners and employees. You communicate viewpoints clearly at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom, while remaining sharp on the content.
