HBO level with at least four years of relevant experience, or WO level with at least two years of relevant experience
Experience with compensation and benefits, preferably in an operational or service-oriented HR role
Good knowledge of employment benefit schemes and an employee handbook
Experience in handling and recording complex questions and cases
Experience with HR processes and HR systems and with improving work instructions or processes

The role

Complex questions regarding compensation and benefits require an expert and fair approach. As an HR Reward Specialist Operations at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you translate the Reward & Employee Relations policy into correct execution. With the arrival of Oracle HCM, you will help make processes simpler and improve the employee experience.

What will you do?
As an HR Reward Specialist Operations, you will work on complex questions regarding compensation and benefits. In the People Experience Center (PEC), you translate the Reward & Employee Relations policy into correct and fair execution. With the arrival of Oracle HCM, you will work towards simpler processes and a better experience for employees.

What you'll do

You handle complex questions regarding compensation and benefits. Where necessary, you have direct contact with employees and managers.
You assess exception requests and ensure that decisions are correctly recorded in the HR systems.
You manage the employee handbook and improve knowledge articles and work instructions based on recurring questions.
With new or changed policies, you ensure that processes, systems, and administrative processing are properly adjusted.
You identify bottlenecks in execution and provide substantiated feedback to Reward & Employee Relations, where the policy is developed.
