Senior Consultant Leadership & Organization Transformation

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, change management, organizational transformation, or leadership development.

• Strong expertise in the fields of leadership, organizational change, culture, and team dynamics, gained in, for example, professional sports, defense, or another relevant context.

• You understand how leadership, behavior, and culture contribute to the successful realization of organizational change.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

• You are able to analyze complex organizational issues and translate them into concrete and actionable solutions.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and experience in preparing and facilitating leadership and team development workshops

• Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.

• The ability to manage projects, analyze problems, and contribute to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

• Has strong analytical skills and is able to analyze and interpret behavior, culture, and leadership within an organizational context.

• Applies effective change management principles to support behavioral, cultural, and organizational changes during transformations.

• Prefers to have a relevant master's degree, for example in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or Change Management.

• Strong communication skills and experience in drafting high-quality reports, papers, and presentations, with a sharp eye for detail.

• Affinity with AI and its application within people-processes.

• Team player with the ability to integrate quickly and effectively into new teams.

• Able to show resilience in stressful circumstances and perform well under pressure.

Your new job | About your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant Leadership & Organization Transformation, you will be part of the People Consulting team.

In this role, you help organizations with complex change and transformation issues. You combine expertise in the fields of leadership, change management, culture, and organizational development to realize sustainable change.

• Apply technical skills in the fields of leadership, change management, and organizational development to guide teams and organizations during complex transformations, reorganizations, and change processes.

• Analyze and assess organizational issues regarding leadership, culture, behavior, and change, and translate these into concrete interventions.

• Design, prepare, and facilitate workshops for clients; think of leadership teams, management teams, and other key stakeholders within change and transformation programs.

• Seek connection with your clients, and proactively maintain and build sustainable relationships. You identify and leverage commercial opportunities.

• Ensure buy-in from senior stakeholders for impactful change initiatives and support leaders in successfully realizing transformations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly in the areas of team dynamics, leadership, culture development, and organizational transformation.
