• HBO/WO working and thinking level and at least 6 years of relevant work experience within a financial or other highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, executing, or further developing monitoring, audit, or quality programs and translating findings into structural improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations regarding controlled operations and compliance and the ability to translate these into practical quality and control methodologies.
• Experience as a substantive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, where you advise independently and interface with different levels, preferably including management.
• Strong communication and advisory skills and the ability to connect different interests, provide clear direction, and bring stakeholders along in improvement processes.

This position falls in scale 10, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,179.72 and € 6,906.29 (based on 36 hours per week). And this is what you will also receive from us:

As a Senior Compliance & Quality Specialist -Franchise at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you will develop the monitoring program and contribute to a reliable and future-proof franchise network.

As a Senior Compliance & Quality Specialist -Franchise, you will be the substantive point of contact for monitoring and quality within the Quality Assurance and Controlled Operations team. You ensure that our franchise network demonstrably complies with laws and regulations and franchise agreements, and you translate signals from practice into structural improvements. In doing so, you work closely with entrepreneurs, key account managers, internal and external stakeholders, and regulators.

• You structurally develop and improve the monitoring program. You translate signals, trends, risks, and changing regulations into effective control methodologies, quality standards, and concrete improvement actions.
• You perform on-site and desk research controls and assess the business operations of franchise offices regarding compliance with laws and regulations, internal frameworks, and the franchise agreement.
• You are the substantive point of contact for key account managers, entrepreneurs, internal stakeholders, and regulators. You discuss findings, advise on improvements, and provide direction for their follow-up.
• You coordinate self-evaluations within the franchise network, analyze the results, and translate insights and deviations into policy actions and improvements at the program level.
• You analyze external signals, such as complaints and incidents, assess the possible impact on the franchise network, and initiate targeted improvements to structurally strengthen quality and control.
