Legal Advisory Manager - Corporate Law

• You have completed a Master's in Dutch Law or Corporate Law. 

• You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience. 

• You are a strong communicator, also in English.

As Legal Advisory Manager, you will provide our clients with all kinds of legal advice in the fields of corporate law, commercial contracts, and general contract law. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines at Baker Tilly. In this role, you will hold ultimate legal responsibility in various matters, whereby, in addition to contact with various Baker Tilly colleagues, you will also maintain a lot of contact with clients. You will work nationally for the benefit of all Baker Tilly offices and clients, with the Utrecht and Amsterdam offices as your home bases. Working partly from one of the other Baker Tilly offices is also an option.

Our clients' questions relate primarily to:

• corporate law advisory;

• company and legal entity law;

• commercial contracts;

• law of obligations;

• financing and securities;

• rental and real estate law;

• mergers and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally.

You are the specialist within the legal domain, but you also regularly sit at the table with accountants and tax specialists from different offices.
