As a Private Law Land Affairs Advisor, you ensure that Stedin can maintain and expand the energy infrastructure. You arrange the purchase of plots and the establishment of property rights, so that the rights of way for cables, pipelines, and stations are legally well-established. In doing so, you contribute directly to the energy transition and to solutions for bottlenecks in the power grid. No two days are the same due to the combination of office work, consultations, and appointments in the field.
As a Private Law Land Affairs Advisor, you are a connector who can bridge opposing interests and handles planning and progress monitoring with care. You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview of your files, and derive energy from contact with landowners and other stakeholders.

You will join the Land Affairs team in Utrecht, where both public law and private law legal positions are regulated. The team consists of colleagues with diverse backgrounds and interests and has a close, informal atmosphere.
