Contract Manager

•  A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree, preferably in a technical or legal field.

•  Relevant work experience in a similar position.

•  Advanced knowledge of various contract forms in the construction world.

•  You can excellently guide a project team in the field of contract management.

•  You are accurate, analytically strong, and highly skilled in communication.

• The salary for this position is between € 5,005 and € 6,256 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience. 

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a contract manager, you play a crucial role within the contract management department and contribute to strengthening and professionalizing the field, from the tender phase through to realization within the Construction and Real Estate Division.

As a contract manager, you are part of the contract management department, where you fulfill a key role. You analyze and advise on bidding strategies during the tender phase and ensure that these advices are implemented during execution. Risk management is an integral part of your responsibilities. You perform contract reviews and risk analyses, working closely with colleagues from other departments. The focus of your activities lies on managing and optimizing contracts, including compliance and relationship management with contracting parties.

From our modern office in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn, you are part of a team of about 120 enthusiastic colleagues. You are responsible for, among other things:

• Analyzing contracts and translating them into a clear contract strategy.

• Advising tender and project teams on choices and the management of contractual risks.

• Securing and improving contract management processes in projects and collaborating with the internal project team, clients, and chain partners.
