Role description:
As a Project Manager, you are the linchpin in socially relevant housing projects. For (semi-)public clients from the public sector (Rijkswaterstaat/Government, police, COA, RWS), but also for municipalities, healthcare, and education, you realize affordable, sustainable buildings. You work on strategic plans, ensure a well-thought-out approach, and guide projects from start to finish.

Role responsibilities

• You independently lead simple projects and support senior colleagues with more complex assignments. This may involve maintenance, sustainability improvements, renovation, redevelopment, new construction, or temporary housing.
• You set up projects and ensure they run: from design to execution within agreed frameworks.
• You establish clear project definitions and frameworks, with attention to GROTIK‑aspects.
• You monitor progress and report on this (e.g., with decision-making and phase documents).
• You advise on construction organization and procurement strategy. You organize and conduct market consultations, selections of architects/other advisors, and contractors.
• You guide the design process and ensure that ideas remain practically feasible.
• You organize and lead meetings at operational, tactical, and administrative levels and ensure documentation and decision-making.
• You manage the realization phase regarding planning, quality, and budget.
• Sustainability is always central to your approach, and you know how to motivate and inspire others to make a sustainable impact.
