Junior Building MEP Surveyor (TDD)

In your role as a junior building MEP surveyor, you will perform Technical Due Diligence (TDD) investigations for various types of real estate together with colleagues. You analyze building installations regarding technical condition, compliance with laws and regulations, and future investment needs (CAPEX). In close consultation with direct colleagues, you translate your findings into clear, sharp, and convincing reports in English, fully according to Arcadis' European standards. With this, you help clients make well-founded decisions at a strategic level together with the team.

We are looking for a communicatively skilled junior/starter building surveyor, a team player, and a problem solver with a technical installation background. You see deadlines as a challenge and you get energy from successful projects and satisfied customers.

• You have (nearly) completed a higher professional education (HBO), preferably in a technical direction such as Installation Technology.
• Have you already gained experience in performing Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on buildings? That would be a plus, but it is not a requirement.
• You are interested in buildings and technology, and are curious about how installations work.
• You enjoy traveling to different places in the Netherlands for your work sometimes. Occasionally, this may also be abroad.
• You are eager to learn, like to think along, and are keen to achieve great results together with the team.
• You speak and write good Dutch. English language proficiency is a plus, but you can further develop yourself in this.
