Are you an experienced Project Leader who gets energy from organizing, planning, and supervising maintenance projects? Do you enjoy communicating daily with clients, residents, suppliers, and skilled tradespeople? And do you derive satisfaction from quality, collaboration, and satisfied customers? At PlenderWestendorp, you will receive a lot of freedom and responsibility. You will supervise various maintenance and renovation projects, monitor planning, quality, and finances, and be the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues. You will work on projects that visibly contribute to the preservation, improvement, and sustainability of real estate.

No two projects are the same. It is precisely that variety that makes your work challenging.

As a Project Leader, you are responsible for the complete preparation, execution, and delivery of maintenance projects. You ensure that projects are carried out safely, according to schedule, within budget, and with the desired quality. You are the point of contact for clients, residents, and colleagues, and you know how to connect all parties involved.
You will primarily work on projects within approximately 30 minutes of travel time from Kampen. Occasionally, projects may be located within a radius of approximately one hour.

• Preparing, organizing, and supervising maintenance and renovation projects.

• Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and project budgets.

• Responsible for projects ranging from € 20,000 to approximately € 1,000,000.

• Managing an average of 8 to 12 painters and other skilled tradespeople.

• Maintaining contacts with clients, residents, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Purchasing materials and coordinating activities.

• Identifying additional and reduced work and monitoring financial progress.

• Managing correct project administration.

• Actively contributing to the improvement of processes and collaboration.

• Ensuring successful and high-quality delivery of projects.

PlenderWestendorp is a dedicated maintenance partner that has been active for almost 50 years in total maintenance, painting, glazing, carpentry, finishing, and sustainability. Based in Kampen, a team of approximately 50 skilled tradespeople works daily on projects for housing associations, real estate managers, construction companies, and investors.
