Associate Director - Project Management (Real Estate)

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, program management, consultancy, or a similar environment;
• HBO or WO level of working and thinking, preferably in Architecture, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• Experience advising clients at management or executive level;
• Demonstrable experience with business development, acquisition, or relationship management;
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in developing teams;
• Commercial insight and an entrepreneurial attitude;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Administrative, political, and organizational sensitivity;
• Affinity with developments in the fields of sustainability, digitalization, and innovation within the real estate sector.

As Associate Director, you combine client advisory, leadership, and entrepreneurship. You are responsible for further expanding client relationships, developing new assignments, and successfully managing complex real estate programs and projects.

You represent Turner & Townsend in the market, build sustainable collaborations, and ensure that both projects and teams perform successfully.

Additionally, you play an active role in the growth of our team by attracting talent, guiding colleagues in their development, and helping to shape the next generation of project managers within Turner & Townsend.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising clients at a strategic and executive level;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients;
• Identifying and realizing new business opportunities;
• Leading complex real estate projects and programs;
• Monitoring quality, performance, and client satisfaction;
• Preparing and presenting tenders, bids, and commercial proposals;
• Leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring colleagues
• Contributing to the further growth and positioning of Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands.
