Infrastructure Project Manager in the Netherlands

• The salary for this position is between € 6,512.16 and € 8,140.20 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and relevant work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• With an eye toward a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately;

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a project manager, you keep a close eye on every aspect of a project, whether it concerns time, budget, quality, or safety. In this position, you are responsible for the organization and realization of one or even multiple ongoing projects, specifically within road construction. You are involved in projects from the preparation phase and actively contribute ideas, in collaboration with the client, the team, and the residents.

You are well acquainted with the work, and during project preparation, you share your vision on how the work can be carried out smarter, faster, and, above all, more safely. In doing so, you work closely with your colleagues in both preparation and execution, and you lead a team of 10 professionals with diverse backgrounds. Together, you ensure that the project objectives are achieved.

In the role of project manager, you bear full responsibility for the entire project, from the initial phase to delivery and aftercare. Your priority lies in realizing high-quality projects and a positive financial result. You achieve this by maintaining proactive contact and making agreements with various stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. Additionally, you constantly monitor the progress of your projects and bear complete financial responsibility, from A to Z. You prepare clear reports, for example regarding extra and reduced work, and ensure optimal deployment of materials and your team.
