Project Leader

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in civil engineering or construction science;

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

• A number of years of relevant work experience;

• Good skills in the field of planning and organizing.

• A good salary up to € 4,500.- gross per period depending on knowledge and experience;

As a Project Leader, you are responsible for realizing projects in the fields of infrastructure, civil engineering, and barriers. Because you have knowledge of the concrete and construction world, you know what is important to our client so that we can optimally meet the client's needs.

You do this through intensive collaboration within the project team and with external stakeholders, for example regarding engineering, transport, and assembly. You communicate clearly, you have a strong team spirit, and technical insight. Moreover, you are a "connector" who easily builds a relationship of trust. You take initiative and you do not let setbacks knock you off course.

You monitor budget and planning and, if necessary, you ensure intervention. You see opportunities and you master risks. Working in a structured manner is in your genes.
