Large projects, diverse interests, and risks that demand sharp decisions. At Antea Group, you play a key role in the risk management of projects and programs that matter.

From artworks, roads, and public transport lines to logistical area developments: as a risk manager, you will work on diverse projects and programs. Each one is a challenge in which different interests converge and your expertise makes the difference. You will also work on projects that contribute to societal goals, such as the energy transition and climate adaptation.

You set up the risk management process, keep it alive, and ensure that risks are not just identified, but actually managed. You facilitate risk sessions, manage the risk register, and translate outcomes into clear management information. Where necessary, you perform quantitative analyses, such as Monte Carlo simulations on costs and lead times, and substantiate risk reserves. You understand the goals and milestones of a project, identify what might threaten them, and provide advice—both requested and unsolicited—on risk management. In this way, you help project teams to make well-founded decisions in a timely manner.

You work for clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, water boards, provinces, municipalities, and market parties. Together with specialists in planning, costs, scope, and systems engineering, you ensure that risk management is an integral part of project control.

You work closely with clients, project partners, and specialists from various disciplines. Within Antea Group, you are part of the Project Control advisory group. A team that is growing in both size and knowledge. As an experienced risk manager, you will be given the space to actively contribute to that. You will brainstorm with colleagues, mentor less experienced professionals, and think along about the further development of the team.
