Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least a completed  HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering;

  • relevant work experience in inspection, infrastructure, civil engineering, or asset management;

  • technical insight and an eye for detail;

  • you work accurately and in a structured manner;

  • you can work independently and are not afraid to work outside on location;

  • good communication skills;

  • you can report technical findings clearly;

The role

From inspection to advice: you keep civil engineering structures safe, sustainable, and future-proof.

What you'll do

Working at Antea Group means working on projects that keep the Netherlands moving and accessible. You inspect civil engineering structures (from bridges and tunnels to quays and locks) and translate your findings into concrete advice. You assess the technical condition (according to, among others, CUR117 and NEN2767), process data in management systems, and think along about maintenance measures and preservation strategies. Additionally, you draw up multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs) and advise on policy choices regarding management and maintenance. You work with modern tools such as GBI, digital inspection software, and reporting and drawing programs. Depending on your experience, you will receive more autonomy or guidance from an experienced colleague.
