The role
What you'll do
As a groundworker, you are indispensable in the construction and maintenance of roads, sewerage, and other infrastructure. You work together with the excavator operator, provide instructions on where to dig, and pick up the shovel yourself for the fine work.
You read drawings and work plans, work with hand tools and machinery, and ensure that everything proceeds safely and according to schedule. You work outdoors, in a fixed shift, and visit diverse locations: from industrial estates to village centers and provincial roads. No two days are the same!
