Project Coordinator

• Ideally, you have completed an education in civil engineering or technical business administration at HBO level;
• Do you have at least 5 years of work experience in the role of Site Planner, or do you currently hold an equivalent position;
• You have a good command of administrative processes and have knowledge of the existing contract forms in the market such as UAV and UAV-GC;
• You have good communication and negotiation skills;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• A good salary between € 5,500.- and € 7,500.- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for preparing, supervising, and coordinating the project together with your employees. As a Project Coordinator, you and your team will ensure the organization of the work. You bear responsibility for the preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of our projects. Together with the project manager and the (Head) Site Manager, you will ensure predictable realization. Contact with clients regarding the project is certainly part of it as well.

• In the project team, you are the linchpin and you manage the work preparation. You monitor planning, processes, and budget.
• No two days are the same; you are always keeping multiple balls in the air at once, and that gives you energy. You take control and everyone knows how to find you. And the best part: you are aware of everything happening in the work preparation.
• You manage and monitor the work preparation planning and take corrective measures if necessary. You make improvement proposals that benefit the project, the team, and the branch, and if necessary, you also take on a portion of the work preparation yourself.
• Teamwork makes the dream work! In addition to your technical knowledge and your leadership skills, you have an eye for your colleagues. You empower them and guide them in their further development. Furthermore, you maintain contact with clients, permitting authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
