As Project Coordinator Electrical Engineering, your most important core tasks are assisting the project management in organizing, technically guiding, and coordinating the work preparation. Your main tasks and responsibilities consist of:

• Drawing up schedules and internal order lists based on a design or specification;

• Preparing and supporting the installation;

• Maintaining contact with the client regarding the project;

• You are the sparring partner of the Project Leader;

• Managing the digital project folders provided with the correct information;

• Actively searching for savings in materials and technology;

• Directing the team and coordinating the activities;

• Monitoring delivery times and reporting to the project management;

• Managing extra and reduced work including calculations and reports (From Syntess);

• Ordering the necessary materials in a timely manner in consultation with the execution and project management.

• An independent working attitude and good skills in planning;

• Electrical engineering, substantive knowledge; After all, you will become the sparring partner of the Project Leader;
