Telecom Planner

As a Planner, you will play an important role within the B2B Deploy department. You ensure that assignments are translated into a realistic and achievable schedule and act as the connecting link between the customer, execution, and internal teams. A dynamic role for someone who gets energy from organizing, coordinating, and thinking ahead.

As a Planner, you ensure that customer connections and projects run smoothly. You accept assignments and translate them into a realistic and technically feasible schedule. In doing so, you take into account available capacity, dependencies within projects, and the feasibility of the work.

You will have a lot of contact with customers, requesters, executing teams, and other internal stakeholders. Thanks to your technical insight, you understand what is required in execution and signal in a timely manner when adjustments are needed. In a dynamic environment, you know how to maintain an overview and adjust where necessary.

• Creating and monitoring schedules for assignments and projects.

• Coordinating with customers, requesters, executing teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinating the deployment of employees, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

• Identifying bottlenecks and adjusting in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

• Processing and managing project information in various systems.

You are someone who easily switches between different tasks and interests while always maintaining an overview.

• Mbo level of work and thought.

• Experience with planning and coordination activities.

• Technical insight and the ability to recognize dependencies within projects.

• A structured way of working and strong organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
