Your role

We are looking for a decisive Production Planner who plays a key role in our production organization. In this position, you are the connecting factor between planning, production, and logistics, ensuring that our customers can rely on high delivery reliability.

What will you do?

As a Production Planner, you are responsible for efficient and realistic production planning. You maintain a continuous overview of progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust where necessary. You work closely with foremen, colleagues from various departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that everything proceeds according to plan.

Your duties:

• Creating, managing, and optimizing the production schedule;
• Determining the required capacity in terms of machines, resources, and personnel;
• Daily coordination with production departments during production meetings;
• Monitoring production progress and identifying deviations in a timely manner;
• Rescheduling and adjusting in the event of changes or delays and keeping the production management system (VBS) up to date;
• Identifying delivery problems with suppliers and subcontractors and anticipating these adequately;
• Actively contributing to improvement and automation projects within the planning process;
• Thinking along about efficiency improvements and cost reduction within the production organization.
