Service Planner

Let us first introduce ourselves briefly. We, Klaver Klimaattechniek, provide sustainable climate solutions from advice and design to installation and service or maintenance of systems. As a climate specialist, we want to be the best in our field. Our team therefore puts their shoulders to the wheel every single day to get the job done, both independently and in a team. Due to diverse clients, projects, and techniques, no two days are the same with us!

As a Planner, you are the pivot between our customers, technicians, and colleagues. You ensure that the work is planned efficiently and is well-prepared. Thanks to your planning, our technicians can work optimally and our customers know exactly what to expect.

No two days are the same. You are continuously switching between different tasks and also know how to maintain an overview. You work closely with your colleagues and provide support where necessary. You plan, process, and monitor the schedule!

• Scheduling technicians and processing daily plans

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding appointments and planning

• Managing the Service mailbox

• Identifying planning conflicts

• Ordering materials and necessary parts for the work

• Processing administration and following up on any actions

• Coordinating with technicians regarding the work and planning

• Coordinating with the Work Preparer and Maintenance Planner

You are someone who loves to organize, maintains an overview, and enjoys working with different people. You communicate easily and know how to set priorities, even when the schedule changes unexpectedly.

• Experience as a planner or in a similar coordinating role (experience within the installation industry is a plus)

• Good communication skills

• A customer-oriented and proactive attitude

• Organizational talent and a structured way of working

• Flexibility and the ability to switch quickly in unexpected situations

• A true team spirit: you work closely with colleagues from Service & Maintenance and support each other where necessary
