The role

What will you do?

As an Operational Planner, you are the link between order intake, work preparation, and production. You ensure that orders are available at the right time, capacity is planned realistically, and production knows what to expect. You maintain a continuous overview of the planning for the various production departments. You see bottlenecks approaching before they become problems and adjust in a timely manner. In doing so, you work closely with production, work preparation, logistics, and purchasing. Specifically, you will be involved in:

What you'll do

Drawing up, managing, and monitoring the production planning
Translating customer orders into a realistic production plan
Coordinating capacity, material availability, and priorities
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
Ensuring clear work orders for production
Monitoring progress, delivery times, and production capacity
Improving planning processes and information flows

What do you bring?

You love structure, think ahead, and remain calm when many things are happening at once. You enjoy interacting with different departments and dare to make choices when the planning requires it. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

Mbo+ or hbo level of work and thinking
Experience with planning, work preparation, production, or logistics
Strong organizational skills and overview
Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
