Corporate Recruiter

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree

• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• You have experience within recruitment and a good understanding of commercial legal practice

• You are a strong communicator, persuasive, and interface easily with various stakeholders

• You feel at home in a professional, dynamic environment

• You work proactively and have a clear vision on recruitment

Your location will be our office in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, but due to regular contact and collaboration with colleagues at our other Benelux offices, you will travel regularly to the various branches.

In this role, you have plenty of room to shape your position and you will interface intensively with the business. You understand what is happening within the practice groups and translate this into an effective and thoughtful recruitment approach.

You are responsible for the full recruitment process for starters and experienced professionals (lawyers, tax specialists, and candidate notaries). Additionally, in coordination with your colleagues within recruitment, you support other roles. You:

• manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and optimize the candidate journey

• recruit and select talent and actively build strong talent pools

• advise hiring managers and dare to think critically about profiles and selection

• ensure a professional and personal candidate experience, whereby you make candidates feel at ease and know how to inspire enthusiasm

• contribute ideas regarding employer branding and innovative recruitment strategies

• contribute to strategic themes such as diversity & inclusivity, sustainability, and development
