Our Eindhoven office is looking for a dedicated assistant to come and strengthen our practice areas (e.g., Employment Law). In this position, together with your colleagues, you will provide excellent administrative and organizational support, so that the lawyers can focus entirely on their substantive legal work. It is precisely with your ideas that you can bring more structure to the section and make an important contribution to a pleasant working atmosphere.
What you'll do
What will you do?
Proactively maintaining calendars, files, and client records.
Monitoring action items and deadlines.
Processing correspondence and maintaining contact with various authorities such as the court and the UWV.
Supporting with invoicing.
Assisting in the preparation, drafting, and completion of procedural documents and other legal documents.
General supporting and administrative tasks.
Participating in project(s) or group(s).
You anticipate the needs of the lawyers and take up tasks proactively.

have a positive attitude and the ability to take ownership and responsibility for the tasks to be performed. You take initiative and ensure that you receive all the information you need to be able to excel.
are punctual and set the right priorities.
function well in a (sometimes hectic) environment in which you must switch gears quickly.
have experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Teams, and where possible Excel and PowerPoint) and/or Microsoft 365.
possess excellent Dutch and good English language skills.
are available 32-40 hours.
have experience in the secretarial field.
You are service-oriented, think ahead, and derive energy from relieving the burden of lawyers.
Being familiar with the legal profession is a plus but not necessary; you will be given the time to be onboarded and to master the tasks.
