Adjust Consulting is growing fast. And to accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who wants to make a difference together with us.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the first introduction to onboarding and everything in between. You are someone who gets energy from building, innovating, and experimenting. You think ahead, see opportunities in the market, and know how to reach scarce talent with smart, creative solutions. You love to devise innovative sourcing strategies, build strategic talent pools, and launch employer branding campaigns that truly stand out. At Adjust, you get the space to innovate. We encourage the use of the latest AI tools and give you the freedom to do things your way. You will work closely with business unit directors, consultants, and marketing and sales, giving you a direct impact on the growth and positioning of Adjust.

You devise, organize, and execute. In doing so, you focus specifically on recruiting experts in procurement and contract management, ranging from tactical buyers and procurement lawyers to strategic advisors for the public, semi-public, and private sectors. From first contact to employment:

• Actively sourcing specialist talent via various (online and offline) channels;

• Setting up and executing recruitment campaigns specifically aimed at the world of procurement and contract management professionals;

• Building strategic talent pools of candidates with expertise in, among others, European procurement, IT, and the Social Domain;

• Working on employer branding, in close cooperation with our marketing manager;

• Optimizing and professionalizing recruitment processes;

• Smartly deploying AI for faster, more effective sourcing and selection;

• Working with a lot of autonomy: you determine the approach, we support your growth.

You are entrepreneurial with a commercial mindset and feel at home in a dynamic consultancy environment.

• You have a  completed HBO or WO degree

• At least 3 years of experience within recruitment, for example in the staffing industry, consultancy, or corporate recruitment

• You get energy from speaking to, connecting, and convincing people

• You switch easily between different stakeholders within the organization

• You think in solutions and continuously see opportunities to improve processes

• You work independently and entrepreneurially and enjoy building something up

• Good communication skills, supplemented by decisiveness, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness.
