At Adjust we believe that social impact and effective policy begin with reliable insights and steering information. As a Social Domain Data Analyst, you help municipalities, regions, and implementing organizations translate complex social issues (such as Youth Care, Wmo, Participation, and Debt Relief) into clear, data-driven solutions.
The challenge lies in the combination of data and people. You will visit various public organizations, getting to know a new organization every time, and you will sit directly at the table with aldermen, managers, and policymakers. You help them ask the right questions, explain what the data says in an accessible way, and ensure that teams actually use it in practice. That variation between analyst and strategic advisor ensures that you continuously grow and see the direct social impact of your work.
In this varied role as an analyst and advisor, you bridge the gap between data, business processes, and social policy:
You investigate the information and steering needs within the social domain and translate policy goals into concrete, measurable indicators and steering models.
You map out municipal work processes and data flows, identify opportunities for improvement, and advise organizations on how to organize their way of working more smartly and efficiently.
You build and optimize clear, visual dashboards and management reports (e.g., in Power BI) that provide administrators, managers, and policy advisors with direct insight.
You bring internal and external stakeholders together, lead (kick-off) sessions, and translate complicated data analyses into persuasive advice and clear presentations.
You advise on quality, agreements, and privacy (GDPR), so that social organizations can work in a sustainable and responsible data-driven manner.
A completed HBO or WO degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Science, Sociology, Public Administration, or a similar field with a strong analytical and process-oriented component.
Experience with data analysis, process modeling, and developing action-oriented dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar BI tools.
You can quickly grasp business processes, understand how organizations change, and are able to clearly map out opportunities for improvement.
You possess strong advisory and writing skills. You can coordinate stakeholder processes, organize sessions, and explain complex data clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
Experience and/or affinity with the public sector and the social domain (Youth, Wmo, Participation/Work & Income).
