The role
As a Concern Controller, you play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and administrative controllability of housing associations and municipalities. You assess policies, projects, and decision-making for risks and provide boards and management with substantiated advice.
What you'll do
In this strategic control role, you combine analytical depth with administrative sensitivity. You look at policies, processes, and risks through an independent lens and ensure that our clients remain in control.
Testing policy and project plans and associated business cases for financial and strategic risks.
Drafting and executing audit plans and assessing internal controls.
Testing processes and administrative organization and initiating improvements.
Monitoring the reliability of management and accountability information.
Setting up and managing risk management, governance, and compliance.
Providing requested and unrequested advice to the board, management, and Supervisory Board.
