Traineeship Project Leader

You start the Traineeship with a one-year contract and a starting salary of €3,000 per month. If you have a completed Master's, then your starting salary is €3,150 per month. Additionally, you can count on fixed salary steps that grow along with your development.

Furthermore, you can expect the following:

Do you want to work on large projects that visibly change the Netherlands? Think of the construction or maintenance of bridges, tunnels, railways, waterworks, and energy projects. As a Junior Project Leader at Adjust Bouw & Infra, you will learn how complex infrastructural projects are organized, managed, and realized.

You will work closely on the projects and receive responsibility within project teams from day one. Not from the sidelines, but right in the middle of practice.

Within construction and infra projects, we often work in an Integrated Project Management team. Together with project managers, project controllers, contract managers, and technical managers, you ensure that projects run smoothly.

As a junior project leader, your activities consist of:

· Coordinating activities within a project

· Monitoring planning, actions, and progress

· Coordinating with other project team members

· Supporting meetings and decision-making

· Identifying risks and bottlenecks

· Thinking along about how projects can be executed smarter and more efficiently

You will learn step by step how large projects are led and will receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
