The Operator B role focuses on independently mastering multiple linked process steps within the production environment, with full attention to safety (EHS), quality (GMP), and process control.

• Performing visual inspections on incoming materials and checking for quality and integrity.
• Performing process controls and recording results according to applicable procedures.
• Operating machines according to safety, quality, and operational standards and contributing to a high-quality end product.
• Identifying malfunctions and taking immediate action to resolve problems.
• Preparing work activities by, for example, checking the availability of materials.
• Structurally recording process data, KPIs, and relevant quality information.
• Providing technical guidance to operators in training and supporting colleagues in their development.
• Providing on-the-job training and technical coaching in coordination with the team leader.

• At least MBO 2 level, preferably technically oriented, or at least 2 years of relevant production experience combined with MBO 2 working and thinking level.
• Pharmaceutical technician or equivalent.
• Preference for a VAPRO A/B qualification.
