Are you a recruiter who loves being close to the business and wants to make a visible impact on the shop floor? Then we are looking for you!

Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Abbott means that you have ownership over the entire recruitment process: from intake to offer acceptance. You work closely with hiring managers at our production locations in Zwolle, Olst, and Weesp and ensure that we attract the right people at the right time.

You will become part of a close-knit Talent Acquisition team consisting of a Team Lead and 3 Recruiters, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality are central.

• You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your assigned vacancies (primarily site-based roles);
• You interface intensively with Hiring Managers and HR to sharpen requirements;
• You write attractive job descriptions and effectively market vacancies;
• You actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your network, among others;
• You conduct intake interviews and guide candidates through the process (online and on-site);
• You coordinate and conduct interviews together with the business;
• You analyze assessments and advise hiring managers on the right choice;
• You prepare salary proposals in collaboration with HR and discuss these with candidates;
• You devise and organize creative recruitment initiatives for hard-to-fill target groups (e.g., operators / technicians);
• You are the point of contact for external agencies and monitor quality and collaboration;
• You maintain recruitment data and report on progress and results.

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (corporate or agency);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders;
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, operational environment (e.g., production/logistics);
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and take ownership;
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
