You possess an MBO 4 level of working and thinking.
You have completed education in Process Technology, AOT, or have a VAPRO B/C background.
You have several years of experience within a complex process environment such as dairy, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, ingredient production, or the bulk process industry.
You have experience controlling automated production processes from both the control room and the shop floor.
You understand the relationship between process settings, product quality, installation performance, and yield.
You are able to independently analyze process deviations, set priorities, and take appropriate measures.
You feel at home in an environment where food safety, quality, and compliance with procedures are essential.
You are technically curious, analytically strong, and derive energy from sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
Experience with spray drying, evaporation, heat treatment, liquid processing, concentration processes, or powder production is a strong advantage.

Our Liquid Processing & Spray Drying (LPSD) process forms the heart of this production. Here, raw materials are processed, concentrated, and converted into high-quality powder products via large-scale drying installations.
We are looking for a process professional who looks beyond a screen or recipe. Someone who recognizes process deviations before they become problems, understands critical process parameters, and actively applies knowledge to continuously improve safety, quality, availability, and yield.

Responsible for controlling and optimizing the entire Liquid Processing & Spray Drying process within a complex and highly automated production environment.
Monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, concentration, moisture content, drying conditions, and product quality.
Operating and managing advanced process installations from the control room and in the field.
Identifying process disturbances, analyzing root causes, and initiating structural improvements.
Executing product changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and process optimizations with minimal impact on quality and productivity.
Coordinating and executing CIP and COP processes where food safety, installation availability, and process efficiency are central.
Interpreting process data, quality results, and trends to support stable and predictable production.
Actively contributing to Continuous Improvement, OEE, TPM, and process optimization initiatives.
Acting as a knowledge carrier within the organization and playing an important role in guiding and developing less experienced colleagues.
Working according to GMP, ISO, HACCP, and EHS guidelines within an environment where quality and food safety are crucial.
