Operator

• A salary between € 2,667.25 & € 2,955.29 gross per month. As of July 1st, an additional 2% will be added. Additionally, you will receive a shift allowance of 21.5%
• 8% holiday allowance & a fixed year-end bonus of 6%, which will be increased to 8% in 2027

For our modern production site in Hoensbroek, we are looking for a driven and technically strong Operator who wants to contribute to an efficient and high-quality production process in a 3-shift rotation.

As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring our production lines run optimally. You monitor the process, intervene in case of deviations, and work together with your colleagues to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. Thanks to your technical insight and problem-solving skills, our lines remain in continuous motion.

You will work in a dynamic Food & Beverage production environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central.

In this versatile role, you will be involved in:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines and installations.
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations.
• Resolving first-line malfunctions and supporting technical activities.
• Performing quality controls according to HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Converting and setting up production lines during product changeovers.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Registering production data and reporting any irregularities.
• Actively contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn operator with technical insight and a sense of responsibility. You bring:

• A completed MBO education, preferably in Process Technology.
• Experience within a production environment, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG.
• Technical insight and a proactive work attitude.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• An eye for quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
