Process Operator (2-Shift)

You have at least a completed MBO education in the direction of Vapro B. Affinity with processes such as filtering, evaporation, and pasteurization is a plus. The Microsoft Office package and SAP are familiar territory to you. You enjoy working in an organized and clean environment and have knowledge of HACCP guidelines. You enjoy working in a team, you are a true team player, and you are willing to help others. You are self-reliant and do not shy away from a challenge. You also possess a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one.

Are you a driven process operator with experience in process technology? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Then we are looking for you!

As a FOS processing process operator, you will work in a small team within a dynamic environment. Together with your team, you are responsible for the production and loading of our products. You independently set up the processes based on production guidelines and also operate the filling installation. You enjoy variety in your work; managing the various production lines as well as internal logistics are part of your daily activities. We are looking for an operator with a driven personality who becomes enthusiastic about providing the world with our healthy, future-proof products together with the team.

• You independently set up the processes based on HACCP and production guidelines.

• You monitor and inspect production equipment and the process flow to ensure uninterrupted process progress (Safety, quality, and quantity) and adjust where necessary.

• You prepare and manage work instructions, checklists, and EPLs (one-point lessons).

• You ensure that the 5S standards are followed, thereby maintaining an organized and clean department.

• You identify and report deviations in equipment and product, you report technical malfunctions, and you independently resolve small malfunctions on the installation. In doing so, you use TPM methodologies to bring the department and the process to a higher level.

• You administer production data in SAP and Excel, and take care of labeling, scanning, and logistical handling of the products.

• You ensure that necessary materials and auxiliaries are replenished in a timely manner.

• You ensure good internal communication with, among others, supply chain and the QA department.
