Processing Operator I

For our Grading department (potato receiving) at our production location in Kruiningen, we are looking for Grading Operators.

In the position of Grading Operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, regulating, and adjusting the production line(s) in the potato reception department. Additionally, performing inspection tasks, cleaning tasks, resolving minor malfunctions, and assisting the Technical Service department if necessary are part of your duties. You report to the Supervisor. The position is performed in a 5-shift rotation, which also includes working on weekends.

• You are responsible for regulating and maintaining control of the process in your department;
• Together with your colleagues, including those from other departments, you strive for optimal results;
• You see where things can be improved and therefore take initiative;
• You also perform minor maintenance on the machines and assist the technical service when necessary;
• You perform cleaning tasks and ensure that your department is always kept tidy.

• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and you are not afraid of hard work;
• You have completed MBO level 2 or 3;
• Education and experience are important, but we find your motivation and commitment even more important.
• Naturally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
