Supply Chain Process Specialist

For our distribution center in Heteren, we are looking for a Supply Chain Process Specialist who plays a key role in making our logistics operation smarter, faster, and more efficient. You will become part of our Slotting Team, where you will work on the optimal layout of the warehouse and ensure that products end up in the right place for a smooth flow of goods.

In this position, you have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of the warehouse. After all, you determine how our warehouse can best be organized, so that our colleagues can do their work as efficiently as possible. With your analyses and choices, you ensure that items are located in the most logical places, and that processes run just a little bit better every day.

As an important link between multiple teams, you combine data, practice, and coordination. You work in a data-driven manner, liaise with various departments, and continuously look ahead to implement structural improvements.

What will you do in the role of Supply Chain Process Specialist?

• Smart puzzling. With more than 17,000 items, seasonal changes, and weekly promotions, you use data to ensure the most logical and efficient layout of the warehouse.
• Collaborating. You are in daily contact with various internal departments and ensure that everyone has the right information in a timely manner.
• Analyzing & improving. You identify bottlenecks, come up with solutions, and help us stay ahead in the Health & Beauty market. We want to remain the market leader in Health & Beauty.
• Data-driven working. You dive into numbers, stocks, and location data and translate these analyses into concrete improvement actions.
• Thinking ahead and coordinating. You actively contribute to projects aimed at the future of our logistics operation.
