HSE - Employee

• A salary of € 3,000 to € 3,500 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your experience; if you fall outside the range, we would love to talk to you

From a safety walk on the construction site to following up on an improvement measure: you ensure that safety is not just correct on paper, but also complied with on the work floor. That will be your playground.

Our client is a beautiful family business in reinforced concrete structures, active in residential construction, utility construction, and infra. For the HSE team, they are looking for an HSE Employee who enjoys being visible within the organization and takes safety, quality, and working conditions to a higher level.

• Performing safety walks on construction sites and in the reinforcement plant and following up on findings
• Registering and handling unsafe situations, reports, and accidents
• Addressing colleagues on safe behavior and thinking along about practical improvements
• Supporting internal and external audits and monitoring HSE processes
• Managing and updating the RI&E, the Plan of Approach, and other HSE documentation
• Drafting H&S work instructions, TRAs, Safety Alerts, and toolbox talks
• Organizing toolbox meetings, evacuation drills, and the annual safety day
• Monitoring HSE objectives and following up on improvement measures

Someone who is accurate and organizationally strong and is not afraid to address colleagues. You switch easily between the office and the work floor and know how to bring safety to attention in a practical way.
