• A completed diploma in Pedagogical Work level 3 or Specialized Pedagogical Staff member level 4

• Language proficiency at 3F level (or the willingness to achieve this - mandatory as of January 1, 2025)

• Certificate in Working with Babies (mandatory as of January 1, 2025)

• A salary between €2,539 and €3,489 (scale 6 CAO Kinderopvang), depending on experience

• 8% holiday allowance
