Planning & Support Employee in the Netherlands

• A gross salary of €3,100 per month (based on 40 hours). Are you younger than 21 years old? Then an adjusted salary applies.

You support the delivery drivers who are on their way to our customers. That is a great responsibility. Naturally, you want to map out the very best routes and support your colleagues where necessary. On the road, they might suddenly encounter malfunctioning equipment or missing products. And then your help is more than welcome. As a part-time delivery service support employee, you do all of this from the head office in Veghel. With great pleasure, for 12.5 to 17 hours per week.

Being the first point of contact for our delivery drivers, that is you! While on the way to customers, things often happen where your colleagues need help. There are always traffic jams or diversions lurking. And you naturally ensure that these are avoided as much as possible. That does not always succeed, so when a driver is at risk of being late, you proactively call our customers to inform them about it. Furthermore, you will be busy with:

• Solving problems that cannot be solved by the delivery drivers.
• Planning, adjusting, and realizing the best routes to the customer.
  Handling customer questions and complaints that reach you via our customer service.
• Registering and documenting schedules, complaints, and process agreements in our registration system.
• Coming up with improvements to our delivery process.

In total, you work together with about 75 colleagues. Not all at the same time, because you always work in shifts. Per shift, you can count on 10 to 20 different and sociable colleagues. And during the change of the guard, that number is doubled for one hour. This allows you to hand over properly to one another. Together, you do everything possible to support the colleagues on the road as well as possible. And with that, we can meet the expectations of our customers.
