Are you a committed leader with a warm heart for children and an eye for quality and organization? For our childcare location, we are looking for a Branch Manager who takes responsibility, connects people, and ensures that everything within the branch runs smoothly and professionally.

In this role, you are the point of contact and the person ultimately responsible for the location. You combine leadership with pedagogical quality and ensure a safe, stable, and pleasant environment for children, parents, and employees.

As Location Manager, you are responsible for the overall business operations of the branch. Together with the pedagogical coach, you monitor and strengthen the pedagogical quality. You lead the team, guide employees in their development, and ensure a positive and professional working atmosphere.

You translate organizational policy into daily practice and monitor staff planning, occupancy, and contracts. Additionally, you maintain active contact with parents and ensure that processes within the branch are well-organized.

For HR-related tasks, you are supported by an external HR agency, and for financial matters, you work together with a bookkeeper. In daily operations, you are supported by an assistant, so that you can focus on leadership, quality, and oversight.
