At 4PS's Customization Center, we create custom solutions that go beyond standard software. We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant who works independently, takes their craft seriously, and smartly utilizes technology, including AI, to make work more efficient and smarter.

This role is for professionals who have found their direction and consciously choose substantive depth, quality, and sustainable growth in a technical position.

What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant, you are the driving force behind customization within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You maintain the overview, make thoughtful choices, and take ownership of your solutions from design to delivery.

Designing, building, and maintaining custom solutions with AL as the core technology
Translating business processes into robust, maintainable solutions
Optimizing and further developing existing custom solutions
Smartly utilizing AI technology such as Copilot and AI assistants to make work more efficient
Working on integrations and automation within the Microsoft platform
Technical sparring with colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team

Who is a good fit?

Experience with programming, preferably within AL / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
An independent, mature way of working
Strong analytical skills and an eye for quality
A conscious choice for substantive growth and craftsmanship
