Technical Support Specialist – Solar, Battery Storage, EV Chargers & HEMS in the Netherlands

The base salary for this position is between €40,000 and €50,000 per year and is dependent on experience, skills, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonuses and secondary benefits. The final compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines.

• Supporting and advising customers: Supporting homeowners and installers with technical issues and providing support during system commissioning via telephone and email.
• Managing technical cases: Registering, following up on, and documenting support requests, while ensuring timely feedback.
• Collaborating on solutions: Working closely with Enphase Field Service Technicians and Field Applications Engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
• Building and sharing knowledge: Utilizing and contributing to our technical documentation, while continuously expanding your knowledge of our systems and technologies.
• Continuing to learn and develop: Staying up to date with the latest developments within the sector, so that you can always provide customers with expert advice.
