Are you an enthusiastic student and do you want to experience what it is like to carry out recruitment from A to Z within an international organization? Are you looking for an internship in which you don't just observe, but also make an impact yourself? Then this working internship Recruitment at 4PS in Ede is for you!

From day one, you will be fully involved within our Recruitment team. You will learn how to find talent, guide candidates, and how to make 4PS visible as an employer. In addition, you will get plenty of room to take initiative, take responsibility, and put your ideas into practice. You will join an ambitious and engaged team where collaboration, development, and having fun are central. At 4PS, we believe that interns do not just come to learn, but also certainly make a valuable contribution to our organization.

During this internship, you will get to know all aspects of recruitment. No two days are the same. You will receive a lot of responsibility and be actively involved in attracting new talent.
You will, among other things:

• Actively participate in the full recruitment process;
• Be responsible for recruiting new interns yourself;
• Write and publish vacancies;
• Search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels;
• Assess applications and conduct intake interviews;
• Guide candidates during the application process;
• Build and maintain talent pools in our ATS system;
• Help build campus recruitment, such as collaborating with study associations, career fairs, building relationships with new universities, events, and company visits;
• Contribute to projects regarding Employer Branding and the Candidate Journey;
• Think along about improvements within recruitment processes;
• Get the space to independently take on projects that align with your interests.

Depending on your learning goals/interests, you will also get the opportunity to observe other departments, such as Learning & Development, Marketing, or HR. Naturally, there is also sufficient room for your school assignment or research.

You are an enthusiastic student who likes to take initiative and gets energy from contact with people.
In addition:

• You are following an HBO/WO degree, preferably HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• You are social, curious, and have strong communication skills;
• You enjoy engaging in conversation with different people;
• You work accurately and maintain an overview;
• You dare to take initiative and work independently;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and can also manage well in English;
• You are available for a working internship of approximately 5 months for at least 32 hours per week;
• You live in the Ede area or are willing to travel to our head office.

You don't need experience, we will teach you everything!
