From day one, you will become part of our support team. You will be given the freedom to conduct independent research, speak with colleagues from various departments, and work on a problem that is directly relevant to our organization. Your assignment: converting customer feedback into concrete improvements

Within our support department, we receive valuable feedback from customers every day. This feedback helps us understand what is going well and where the opportunities lie to further improve our service. For our department, there is currently an interesting challenge regarding customer satisfaction. During your graduation internship, you will investigate how we can optimally design our customer satisfaction measurement (CSAT), so that feedback ends up in the right place and is followed up on in the right way. The goal? Learning from feedback, continuous improvement, and further increasing customer satisfaction.

We would like to determine the exact content of the assignment together with you. This ensures that the assignment aligns well with both your studies and graduation requirements!

During this graduation internship, you will combine research with collaboration within different teams. No two days are the same, and you will have plenty of room to work independently.
You will, among other things:

• Conduct research into customer satisfaction and feedback processes;
• Conduct interviews with colleagues and stakeholders;
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Investigate how feedback is followed up on within the organization;
• Draft advice and present it to the organization;
• Contribute to improving the customer experience.

Depending on your research and interests, there is also room to expand/personalize this further.

Support is a dynamic environment in which no day is the same. Every customer has different challenges and every situation requires a different approach. Because of this, you will get a unique look behind the scenes of an international software organization and see directly how important customer satisfaction is. You will join our Benelux Support team. It is a close-knit and social team where collaboration is central. Every day we start together with a stand-up, and there is always room to ask questions, discuss ideas, or brainstorm with colleagues. What makes working within Support extra fun? You work continuously on improvements that actually have an impact on our customers' experience.

You are a curious student who likes to take initiative and gets energy from researching, analyzing, and collaborating.
In addition:

• You are following a HBO/WO (higher professional/university) education, for example, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field;
• You work in a structured manner and think analytically;
• You are a strong communicator and approach people easily;
• You enjoy looking at processes critically and suggesting improvements;
• You dare to work independently;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and can also manage well in English;
• You are available for a graduation internship of approximately 5 months;
• You are available for 32/40 hours per week.

You do not need to have experience. We find it more important that you are curious, like to ask questions, and get energy from improving processes and service! We will teach you the rest!
