Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technical leadership role or similar capacity, within the SaaS or enterprise software domain;
Decent experience (5-8+ years) in Microsoft Business Central (NAV before); - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies/solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a key differentiator;
- Deep understanding of Business Management systems, cloud-based architectures & cloud native, and integration to build an integrated product portfolio;

The role
What will you do as an Architect at 4PS?
As an Architect at 4PS, you help determine the technological direction and architecture of 4PS Construct. You make important technical decisions, co-manage the product backlog with a focus on architectural enablers, and ensure that new features are in line with the maintainability, scalability, and security of 4PS. You act as a strategic sparring partner for architecture leads within product development and oversee all integration efforts—both with third-party systems and with other Hilti Construction Software products—to build a future-proof and cohesive software portfolio. In addition to Business Central, experience with other Microsoft technologies/solutions such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a key differentiator.
