We are looking for construction professionals, both on-site and in the office, with experience using software for planning and managing construction projects. Our ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction sector. Our Construction Success Managers work closely with customers, advising and guiding them through successful platform implementations, training, workflow consultancy, and continuous engagement programs that ensure customer satisfaction and the expansion of their Fieldwire account.

You will apply your experience as a construction professional to develop and advise on customer processes, thus becoming a trusted advisor to your customers. As a Fieldwire product and training expert, you will work to understand the business objectives of your accounts and help customers get the most out of Fieldwire. When implementing, training, and supporting your customer passport, you will apply the same mindset you used when managing construction projects: removing obstacles and driving processes forward.

The key responsibilities of our next Construction Success Manager are:

• Becoming a Fieldwire product expert and learning best practices for configuring and using the platform
• Understanding the construction needs and current tech stack of customers to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into their daily workflows
• Managing a portfolio of customers (new and existing) to improve the use and processes of Fieldwire
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Fieldwire customers
• Providing online and physical training and demonstrations to educate customers in Fieldwire
• Supporting the product team in identifying problems and passing on customer feedback for product improvements
• Troubleshooting if necessary to answer product questions and resolve technical issues

• Minimum 3 years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong time-management skills
• Diplomacy and patience when resolving customer problems
• Comfortable communicating with everyone, from foremen to senior managers
• Basic knowledge of the construction process from design to completion
• Insight into how all parties within a construction project work together to achieve successful planning/budgeting
• Ability to brainstorm creatively about solutions that align with customer needs
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluent in Dutch
