• A salary between €3656,- and €4795,- gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.

At IHC Interior in Hardinxveld‑Giessendam, we work daily on high-quality interior projects for shipbuilding and yacht building. Craftsmanship, clarity, and collaboration are central to our approach. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Drafter / Production Planner Interior Construction who knows how to effortlessly connect technology and practice.

As a drafter/production planner, you translate design and overview drawings into clear, executable working drawings for our production. Thanks to your work, our craftsmen know exactly what is needed and can build top-quality interiors.

What makes this position extra fun: the lines are short. Drafters/production planners, purchasing, and production literally work side by side. Just popping in with a question or going into the workshop together to look at something? That is our daily practice. You are right in the middle of the process and see immediately what happens with your drawing work.

In this role, you are responsible for the technical preparation of our interior projects. Your activities include:

• Developing production drawings using AutoCAD and IMOS
• Determining and processing required materials
• Ensuring a clear handover to purchasing and production
• Acting as the first point of contact for questions from the workshop
• Preparing cutting lists, CNC programs, and other production documentation
• Providing material overviews for the warehouse and shipping

• Experience in ship and/or yacht interior construction

You will join a team of approximately 35 colleagues working on diverse interior projects within shipbuilding, yacht building, and utility construction.
