You are the link between users, technology, and the internal organization, fulfilling market needs while business objectives are realized.

As a Product Manager Finance at 4PS, you combine financial expertise with strategic product management. You immerse yourself in customer challenges, follow developments within finance, and translate these into smart software solutions within 4PS Construct. In doing so, you work closely with customers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our financial solutions continue to align with market needs in the future.

You are responsible for the vision, development, and further development of the financial domain within our software. A role in which you switch between customer needs, product strategy, and technical possibilities.

• You are responsible for the development, launch, and innovation of our financial solutions from a strategic perspective;
• You help determine the product vision and monitor the roadmap of the Finance domain;
• You regularly engage in conversation with customers, key users, Controllers, and Finance Managers to gather needs and market developments;
• You translate complex financial issues into scalable software solutions;
• You investigate opportunities for new functionalities and improvements within the product portfolio;
• Within 4PS, you work together with various stakeholders, such as developers, consultants, marketing, support, and management;
• Together with the development team, you ensure that these designs are realized;
• You make trade-offs between customer needs, scalability, maintainability, and product strategy;
• As a product specialist, you are fully informed about your financial product portfolio;
• You prioritize ideas, development requests, and investments and ensure focus within product development.

Our product, 4PS Construct, is an ERP solution for companies in the construction, installation, and project sectors. Every day, thousands of users rely on our software to efficiently manage their projects, processes, and financial administration. To make our software package practical and efficient for all end users, we have developed various products that are fully integrated into 4PS Construct. Think of web portals, apps, and graphic planning modules, to be used on any device. A true total solution.

Within this total solution, Finance plays a crucial role. As Product Manager Finance, you ensure that our financial solutions continue to align with customer needs, market developments, and future challenges within the industry.

As Product Manager Finance, you have an important role within the product development of the financial solutions of 4PS. You work together with various stakeholders, both inside and outside 4PS. As Product Manager Finance, you get the freedom and responsibility to make the products a success as an 'internal entrepreneur'.

You conduct market research and immerse yourself in customers to properly understand their needs. You determine and monitor the strategic product roadmap and ensure that our solutions align with customer needs, market developments, and the long-term strategy of 4PS. You actively participate in the development process and ensure a successful introduction of new functionalities.
