Lead Civil Structures Modeller

As a Lead Modeller, you are the connecting link between design, engineering, and execution. You work on challenging civil engineering projects and, together with your team, ensure smart, feasible, and sustainable solutions.

• Setting up and coordinating BIM models for civil structures.

• Guiding and coaching modellers.

• Monitoring quality and uniform working methods.

• Collaborating with structural engineers, designers, and project teams.

• Further developing BIM processes and innovations.

• Strengthening international collaboration.

You work on diverse infrastructural projects, such as tunnels, bridges, rail projects, and underpasses. Examples include the Oosterweelverbinding, Amsterdam Centraal, and various tunnel and rail projects.

You are an experienced modeller or BIM specialist who enjoys taking responsibility and helping colleagues further their development.

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering or similar.

• Experience with modeling civil structures.

• Knowledge of Revit and BIM methodologies.

• Affinity with coordination, quality assurance, and knowledge sharing.

• Good communication skills.

Experience with Dynamo, ACC, or managing teams is a plus, but not a requirement. We are happy to invest in your further development.
